I didn't get my sign-in code

• Check the number you typed, including the area code.
• Wait a minute, then tap text me a new code.
• If you ever replied STOP to a Porch text, reply START to the same thread, then try again.

Stop text messages

Reply STOP to any Porch text. Porch only texts you when you request a sign-in code, so you won't get anything else either way.

Turn off notifications

In the app, open the you tab and switch notifications off. Or go to iOS Settings → Notifications → Porch.

Delete your account

Email hello@porchapp.rsvp with the subject "Delete my Porch account" and the phone number you signed up with. We'll confirm and delete your account and data within 30 days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Report a problem in a circle

If someone in a circle is harassing you or posting something that breaks our Terms, email us with the circle name and what happened.
